📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and lead a team of skilled therapists and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of service.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain luxury spa clients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in a luxury wellness setting, preferably in Bali.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
• Certification in spa management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of luxury spa products, treatments, and trends.
• Experience with POS systems, such as Square or Toast, is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
