PT Optima Berkah is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Supervisor to join our team in Kediri, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff on tax-related matters.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions and filings.,Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using tax software and accounting systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage and mentor junior staff.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
