📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the development and implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with business goals and technical strategy.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that infrastructure projects support the overall business strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure management.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
