📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to our team across multiple locations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.
• Assist with the deployment and management of cloud-based solutions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.
• Document and maintain IT processes and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using ITIL framework for IT service management.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
